The plan of salvation has been called the plan of happiness. I think it also deserves the title “The Plan of Love.” This PDF details the reasons and makes a great handout for Relief Society, Elders Quorum, or a ministry visit.
It includes a plan of salvation graphic that reminds us that each part of the plan has been, and will be done out of love. For instance, some people may feel that judgment will be a harsh step in the process. But that too, will be done out of perfect love.

Heavenly Father LOVED us so much that he sacrificed His Son to be our savior.
“For God so LOVED the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
Jesus Christ LOVED us so much that he suffered and died for us.
“Greater LOVE hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends John 15:13
We keep the commandments out of LOVE.
Jesus said, “If ye LOVE me, keep my commandments.” (John 14:15)
Many commandments center around LOVE.
Christ declared that the two greatest
commandments are to LOVE God and LOVE everyone else. (Matthew 22:37-40)
Before Christ left his apostles, he gave the
commandment, “LOVE one another.” (John 13:34)
